About the Mediator

Barbara Benoliel, Ph.D., has extensive knowledge in presenting the environmental social psychological, medical, and economic factors that influence behavior, and the skills and ability to thoroughly investigate an individual’s family and social background, including locating individuals with relevant information and gaining access to relevant records. She is expert in interviewing and preparing reports for trial use and an individual’s social history complete with references to specific interviews and research. She has a strong knowledge of the criminal justice system.
